Our Refund Policy

“By booking services through Exclusiclean Ltd, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy. Should you require clarification or have concerns about these terms, please contact us at info@exclusiclean.com before completing your booking.”

1. Cancellation by You


Notice Periods:

  • More than 48 hours before service: Full refund

  • 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund (£15 fee)

  • Less than 24 hours/No-Show: No refund (£30 fee)

A “No-Show” occurs if:

  • You fail to provide access within 15 minutes of cleaner arrival

  • The property is locked/unsafe for entry

2. Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee

  • 12-24 hours notice: £15 fee

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice: £30 fee

3. Cancellation by Us

  • If we cannot provide service: Full refund within 5 business days

  • If service is interrupted: Pro-rated refund based on work completed

4. Service Issues


To report problems:

  1. Email info@exclusiclean.com within 24 hours

  2. Include:

  • Photos/video evidence

  • Booking reference number

We’ll respond with a resolution within 5 business days

5. Refund Processing

  • All refunds issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
