1. Cancellation by You
Notice Periods:
More than 48 hours before service: Full refund
24-48 hours before service: 50% refund (£15 fee)
Less than 24 hours/No-Show: No refund (£30 fee)
A “No-Show” occurs if:
You fail to provide access within 15 minutes of cleaner arrival
The property is locked/unsafe for entry
2. Rescheduling
More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee
12-24 hours notice: £15 fee
Less than 12 hours’ notice: £30 fee
3. Cancellation by Us
If we cannot provide service: Full refund within 5 business days
If service is interrupted: Pro-rated refund based on work completed
4. Service Issues
To report problems:
Email info@exclusiclean.com within 24 hours
Include:
Photos/video evidence
Booking reference number
We’ll respond with a resolution within 5 business days

All refunds issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5-10 business days
